Innodirect showcased itself as a tool for continuous improvement at the 26th edition of the MPA show last Thursday.
Last week, Innodirect was fortunate enough to attend the annual Salon MPA, an event organised by the Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité. The event, touted as the largest in Quebec on best management practices, hosted over 3,000 business leaders, experts and quality enthusiasts all looking to improve professional performance, innovate their processes and achieve continuous improvement.
November the 15th marked the Salon MPA’s 26th birthday and, to celebrate, Mouvement québécois de la qualité went all-out with its program. The event showcased a rich agenda filled with fascinating conferences, captivating discussions around current themes as well as enriching courses offered up by recognized experts. For attendees, the Salon provided an ideal opportunity to truly feel the pulse of Quebec business trends.
Superbly organised by Hélène Larose and her team and hosted at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, theSalon was filled with fascinating businesspeople. Innodirect had the opportunity to meet with dozens of professionals who presented us with some pertinent problems they’re looking to overcome. To demonstrate our relevance and pinpoint where we could assist these businesses, we created a message board where participants wrote down the ways in which we could help them with their specific issues. The message board served a dual purpose: not only did it help businesses identify the specific issues they had difficulty overcoming, but it also doubled as a competition board, where the winner was randomly chosen at the end of the day and presented with an impressive bottle of wine.
It was fascinating to watch our message board blossom with issues we could help solve: from initiating discussions with business communities to assisting clients to encouraging candid employee opinions. On that note, we’d like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winner of our competition, Mr. Étienne Pilon Choquette, working in the economic development sector for the Cree Nation of Nemaska. Our thanks go to Mr. Choquette for taking the time to chat to us about Innodirect and how we could help encourage a diverse range of voices to be heard objectively and equally within his community.
For all those who couldn’t make it to the Salon MPA or participate in our competition, we will be hosting a similar contest at the Strategies PME event today. Come visit us at kiosk 110 at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal to discover how we can enhance the effectiveness of collaborations within your small-medium sized businesses. Contribute to our budding message board and you could be next in line to win a gorgeous bottle of red!
Inspired by our message board but can’t make it to the event? Fear not! We’re currently running a Comment, Follow Share competition on LinkedIn. All you have to do is comment on our LinkedIn competition post, indicating how Innodirect could help your business, share the post and follow our company page and you could stand the chance to win a bottle for yourself.
