I’ll start this blog with some statistics from a project with a client. His name is confidential, but it is a very large organization.

95% of participants wrote at least one message

99% of people participated (message or smart or wow)

The average number of messages written per person is 6.9 messages

In other words, almost all participants collaborated on a common topic!

Why is this so important?

I’ve been a consultant for 30 years, and for 30 years I’ve heard employees say, “I’ve been saying for x number of years that we need to do this and they have to pay you a fortune to finally get it” or “they’re back with their obsessions, and it’s going to crash there, there and there” and almost every time they’re right.

In other words, you currently have the answers to many of your questions and the location of the traps you will fall into!
